Thanks to one of my readers for this. I wasn't sure if I could "name names" so I didn't but will if told I can.
UPDATE:
The reader who sent me this asked to to add that this is NOT from a Sandy Thomas publication, but rather, that the drawing was published in MADAME IN A WORLD OF FANTASY (fifth issue of volume 26), a femdom publication of the British publisher SWISH PUBLICATIONS LTD.
